Eclectic and vibrant, a west meets east look that is both full of whimsy and wanderlust.
Cay Tea House was inspired by the popularity tea has in the town of Çay, a district of the Afyonkarahisar Province in the Aegean region of Turkey.
This Turkish town was also what laid the foundation for the wanderlust aspect and the shapes resonating within the brand design. These include mostly arches, which are present in many of the town’s architectural structures. The client wanted it to look like an approachable product for everyone, but still have high-end elements incorporated into the design.
Every tea has a unique combination of flavors and has its own unique pattern assigned to it, as is reflected in the packaging. The concept rests on the whimsical and full of wonder, with a slight nod to Alice in Wonderland, albeit maintaining a more muted palette.
